Grand Mercure Bandung Setiabudi, Bandung

The heated pool was one of my favorite features during my stay. It was so refreshing to swim in warm water, especially in the cool climate of Bandung. I loved that the pool area had beautiful lighting at night, creating a magical atmosphere. My daughter enjoyed swimming twice a day, and we never felt crowded in the spacious pool area.

The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations! There was a wide variety of tasty options to choose from, and everything I tried was delicious. My kids particularly loved the ice cream and popcorn available, making meal time fun for them. The atmosphere was good, and it was a great way to start our days.

I was really impressed by the children's amenities provided at the hotel. My kids had a fantastic time with the activities offered during the school holidays. It kept them engaged and allowed my husband and me to enjoy some relaxation knowing they were having fun. This hotel is a wonderful family-friendly destination.

The room I stayed in was comfortable and impeccably clean. I appreciated the nice view of the pool from my balcony, and it was spacious enough for my family. I loved that the fresh air from the nearby mountains meant we didn't even need to use the air conditioning. A perfect retreat after a long day of exploring!
